Rapid Fire
In Rapid Fire darts you get three targets and one dart for each, and the clock starts with your first throw. Hit them in time and each one scores what its field is worth. Take too long and your remaining darts score nothing. Sridu shows the targets as tiles and the time as a bar that drains.

The rules
How Rapid Fire darts works
A game has seven rounds by default. Each round draws three targets, and every player throws at the same ones.
- Three targets per roundThree different numbers, sometimes with the bull as the third. They light up on the board one after another.
- One dart per targetDart 1 counts on target 1, dart 2 on target 2, dart 3 on target 3. A hit scores what the field is worth, so treble 14 gives you 42.
- The clock starts with dart 1The first dart is not on the clock. Once it lands, darts 2 and 3 must follow before your seconds run out.
- Too late scores nothingWhen time runs out the board locks. Darts thrown after that still count as thrown but score nothing.
- Most points winsAfter the last round the highest score takes the leg. On a tie, whoever had more time to spare wins.

Watch the seconds run down
Below the turn panel you see the round’s three targets as tiles, with the clock directly underneath. The clock has three states:
- Waiting
- 114
- 212
- 3Bull
The clock starts with your first dart · 5 sTake your time for the first dart. The clock only starts when it lands.
- Running
- 114+42
- 212
- 3Bull
3.2 sDarts two and three have to follow before the bar is empty. In the last seconds it turns red.
- Time is up
- 114+42
- 212
- 3Bull
Time is up: remaining darts score nothingThe open targets turn red, a big “Time” appears and the violet lock covers the board. Darts thrown now score nothing.
After the third dart the clock stops and shows how many seconds you had left. Those seconds decide a tie.
Setting · Which fields count
All fields, doubles or trebles
This setting decides how precise a hit has to be. Here the target is 14:
- All fieldsDefault14 · 28 · 42
Any hit on the number scores its value: single 14, double 28, treble 42. The bull scores 25 or 50.
- Doubles onlyHarderD14 = 28
Only the double ring scores, and on the bull only the bullseye counts. Good practice for finishing under pressure.
- Trebles onlyHardestT14 = 42
Only the treble ring scores. Both bulls still count, so the bull gives you a small breather.
Setting · Order
In order or any order
Round 3 with 14, 12 and the bull, after two darts:
- In orderDefault
- 114+14
- 2120
- 3Bull
Dart 1 on target 1, dart 2 on target 2, dart 3 on target 3. Miss one and it is gone, because the next dart already belongs to the next target.
- Any orderEasier
- 14
- 12+24
- Bull+25
Each dart can score on any target still open, but each target only once. Start with your favourite and make up for a miss with the next dart.

What you see on screen
With the clock running you have no time to read, so the screen shows only what you need at a glance:
- The big target in the turn panel is the one for your next dart. It lights up on the board as well.
- The tiles show all three targets: green with the points for a hit, crossed out for a miss, red with a clock icon if you were too late.
- The bar drains from full to empty and turns red in the last few seconds.
- Time is up: a big “Time” on screen, a sound, and a violet lock on the board until you pull your darts.
- The caller announces all three targets before the visit, then only the next one, so you can keep your eyes on the board.

Tips
How to beat the clock
- Use the free time. The first dart is not on the clock. Check all three tiles and plan your route around the board before you throw.
- Rhythm over precision. A single in time is worth more than a treble that comes too late. Go for the fat single when time gets short.
- Know the neighbours. Targets next to each other on the board are quick to hit in a row. Targets far apart need a calm shift of your aim, so practise that.
- Mixed group? Give beginners more seconds or let them play in any order. Strong players can try trebles only with 3 seconds.
