Practise alone
The darts practice app with a score to beat
Sridu turns solo practice into drills that count every dart for you and keep your personal record. Bob’s 27, 121, Checkout King, Around the Clock and more cover doubles, finishing and scoring, and your statistics show whether the work is paying off.

In short
- Drills for doubles, checkouts, scoring and accuracy, each with a record.
- Free in the browser, with cameras or by tapping the board.
- Heatmap and trend show where you improve.
- Challenges and bots add pressure when you want it.
Training games
Which darts practice games are in the app?
The Training group on the start page has drills for every part of your game: doubles, checkouts, scoring, the bull and pure accuracy. Each one counts for you and keeps your best result.

- DoublesBob’s 27 goes round all doubles, Around the Clock on the doubles too, and the JDC Challenge adds a dart at every double.
- Checkouts121 climbs one number per finish, Checkout King deals random finishes and Catch 40 rewards fast ones from 61 to 100.
- ScoringPowerscoring against the clock or a dart count, Darts at a Number for grouping on the 20.
- AccuracyAround the Clock, Zones, Radar, Blackout and Bull Shooting send you all over the board.
- Your own drillMissions builds a task list from over 50 building blocks, such as an 81 checkout or 100+ in six darts.
Solo practice
Can I practise darts on my own?
Yes. Every drill is built for one player and ends with a number you can beat next time, so practice never turns into aimless throwing. More games for one player are in the guide to solo darts games.
- Bob’s 27Points. You start on 27, and a round without a hit takes the double off again.
- 121The highest number you check out within nine darts.
- Checkout KingYour longest streak of random finishes.
- Catch 40Up to 120 points over the numbers 61 to 100. 40 is the mark to beat.
- PowerscoringA record for each time limit and each dart count.
- JDC Challenge57 darts, and your total gets a grade.
Practice routine
What does a good practice session look like?
Thirty focused minutes on five days a week beat one long session at the weekend. Split them into a warm-up, scoring, doubles and checkouts, and give most of the time to finishing.
Every block below is a drill in Sridu. The full plan with a week schedule is in the guide to a darts practice routine.
Finishing
How do I practise doubles and checkouts?
Use Bob’s 27 for the doubles and 121 or Checkout King for finishing under pressure. Sridu keeps your double rate, so you can see which doubles cost you legs.
The way to each finish is in the checkout chart, and during X01 the app suggests it after every dart.

Statistics
How can I see that I am getting better?
Your profile keeps every drill with its record and a trend match by match. For X01 you also get the 3-dart average, first 9, checkout rate and a heatmap of every dart.
Compare weeks, not single evenings. What your average says about your level is in the guide to the darts average, and every figure is on the statistics page.

Something new every hour
How do I keep practice interesting?
Play the hourly challenges. On the hour there are four new tasks from easy to extreme, you play them against the clock, and the points move you up the leagues.
Three daily goals and a day streak sit on the same page. More on challenges and leagues.

Can I practise match play against a bot?
Yes. Set a bot to the average you want to beat and play a full match of 501 with legs and sets. It throws real darts with a natural scatter, so it misses doubles and busts like a person.
How the bot throws and which average to pick is on playing darts against the computer.
- Below your levelAbout 10 points under your average, for confidence and finishing practice.
- Your levelAn even match, where every missed double hurts.
- Above your levelAbout 10 points higher, to learn to score under pressure.
FAQ
Good to know
Is the darts practice app free?
Yes. Every drill, the statistics and the challenges are free at home and in your club, without ads and without an account.
Do I need cameras to practise?
No. Tap each dart on the board and every drill works. With cameras you just throw, which keeps your rhythm in long sessions.
Which drills suit beginners?
Around the Clock with all fields counting, Bull Shooting and Darts at a Number. The guide to darts for beginners covers the first weeks.
How long should I practise each day?
For most club and pub players 30 focused minutes on five days a week work well. Beginners do fine with 15 to 20 minutes.
Can I compare my records with others?
Yes. Several players on one device each get their own profile and records, and the leaderboard ranks them. On play.sridu.com you can also join the online leaderboard.
Is there a darts practice app without a dartboard?
Not with Sridu. It scores the darts you throw at a real dartboard, from your taps or from the cameras.
