From 501 on league night to Killer at a party, each of these darts game modes has its own page with the rules and options. On top come 36 well-known variants such as Fox Hunt or Big Six, all listed in the darts games A–Z. The classics also work online, board against board, and any mode can be played in a tournament.

All darts game modes start the same way

It takes four steps from the start page to your first dart. The guide explains the rest: bots, teams and handicaps, what you can do mid-game and every setting in the app.

Read the guide
  1. Pick a modeTap it on the start page. For X01, the 301, 501 and 701 chips take you straight to the setup with that score. Not sure what to play? The guide to darts games suggests one for every group.
  2. Set the rulesEach mode has its own, and its page explains them. Then choose legs and sets: a single leg, first to 2, first to 3 or anything up to 99.
  3. Add playersUp to six players, a bot with an average between 15 and 110, or an online opponent from the lobby. Once you have three players, you can play in teams. The switch is always on screen but only works from the third player on.
  4. StartChoose who throws first: whoever is top of the list, the winner of a bull-off, or a random pick. After each leg, the next player throws first, and a rematch starts with the next one too, without another bull-off.
