Runs everywhere
A browser is all it needs
- At the boardA laptop or mini PC with Chrome or Edge, and one to four USB cameras. One camera works, two already measure the tip at full precision, and three or four also see darts hidden behind others.
- On the wallA portrait layout for a screen hung upright next to the board. It won’t go to sleep in the middle of a game.
- In your handA phone or tablet joins by QR code and follows the match live with statistics. If you allow it, it can also correct throws.
- Without internetIt installs as an app and works offline. A match survives a reload, a crash or a flat battery.
- Without camerasEnter scores by hand, as in any online darts scorer. You can add cameras whenever you like.
- In your languageEnglish, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish and Croatian. The caller can also stick to the classic English calls.
Multiplayer
Online, without our server
Two boards connect to each other directly over an encrypted link. Public brokers only pass on the handshake. That’s why online play works even from a plain copy of the app on any web space.
Second screen, lobby, online matches: Play together
- Online matches. Each player throws at their own board with their own cameras. One device keeps the score.
- Boardcam. A small live picture shows whoever is throwing. It is only sent while that player is at the oche.
- Lobby and chat. See who’s online and challenge them to a match. Invitations and game codes are encrypted end to end, and each match has its own chat for its players.
- Tournaments. Players sign up with a link or QR code. Each match is played between the two boards, and the result is reported back automatically.
- New device, same player. Move your player ID and history across with a QR code and a four-digit check number. You don’t need a password.
Games
41 game modes, 36 variants
All the classics are here, along with the favourites from the pub machine. Build your own missions, play a mini game between legs or run a drill to beat your record. Pub names like Fox Hunt or Grand National are in there too: the darts games A–Z lists every game Sridu can play. Bots with a 3-dart average from 15 to 110 actually throw every dart, with a scatter calibrated to your rules.

Challenges and leaderboards
A reason to throw every hour
On every full hour there are four new tasks, from easy to extreme, and everyone in your league gets the same four. Each task is tuned to your league’s average with thousands of simulated visits, so the difficulty isn’t a guess.
- 6 leagues by 3-dart average, from 35 to 95
- 3 daily goals and one day streak worth up to +50 % points, plus five titles above the top league
- 3 leaderboards: a weekly league for the challenges, skill with your average and records, and six training disciplines
- On your own server, every result is verified. The server replays each dart through the game logic
- Easy 2 visits of 80+ in a row15 min on the clock · about 85 % of the league make it 10pts
- Normal collect 1,950 points20 min on the clock · about 55 % of the league make it 25pts

- Extreme 2× check out 16760 min on the clock · about 10 % of the league make it 150pts
Statistics
See how you really throw
Every dart with a position goes into your statistics, kept separately per player and per mode, so a 501 never gets mixed up with Around the Clock. The heatmap works on a millimetre grid and gets sharper the more you throw.

- 2 to 64 entrants, singles or doubles, seeded or drawn. Bots fill any empty places
- Any game mode, with a longer final if you like

Detection
Automatic dart scoring, accurate to the millimetre
One click sets up the cameras and measures the board, and it finds the 20 from any camera angle. Each dart is measured at full camera resolution. Every camera traces the dart’s axis, and the point where those axes meet on the board gives the score.
- ±0.5 mm calibrationEvery wire and ring is measured in the camera image, and lens distortion is corrected.
- Looking twiceWhen a dart lands close to a wire, the cameras measure again. The spread between the readings shows the real error.
- Tight groups and bounce-outsA tight group is never mistaken for you pulling your darts. A dart that falls out scores zero.
- You have the last wordWrong segment? Tap the dart and move it to the right place on the board.

FAQ
Questions
Is Sridu free?
Yes, for private use and for non-profit clubs. Sridu is source-available: you can host it yourself, change it and pass your changes on. What you can’t do is use it commercially, run it as a public service for others or use it to train AI systems. For anything bigger, get in touch.
What happens if your server goes down?
Nothing. Once it has loaded, the app runs in your browser and keeps working offline. You can also keep your own copy on your computer or server. Online matches connect the two boards directly and never go through us.
How many cameras do I need?
One to four USB cameras, and 720p is enough. Three is the sweet spot. One camera works, but it can only estimate where the tip is. Two measure it at full precision, and three or four also see darts hidden behind others. Without cameras you enter scores by hand.
Which devices and browsers work?
At the board we recommend a computer with Chrome or Edge, because only those browsers let you set camera exposure and focus. A phone or tablet can join any match as a second screen by scanning a QR code.
Can I host it on my own domain?
Yes. There is a Docker setup for your home network and a hardened one for your own domain behind Cloudflare Tunnel. You get your own lobby, a moderated chat and an online leaderboard. Any static web space works too.
How accurate is it?
Calibration measures every segment line in the camera images and is accurate to ±0.5 mm on real cameras. A test throw shows you in millimetres how accurate your own setup is.
How does Sridu compare to other camera systems?
Some systems come as a ready-made camera kit, others are platforms that work with your phone or cameras you set up. Sridu uses a few USB webcams in your browser, needs no account and is free for private use. The comparison puts the approaches side by side.
Can I write about Sridu or show it in a video?
Yes, reviews, articles and videos are welcome, monetised channels included. The press kit has short texts, the logo and a screenshot.
